01Agency Status and Division of Liability

1.1.Select Tour LLC is purely an intermediary aggregator. Cancellation, changes, or refund terms are established solely and exclusively by the direct Provider (airline, hotel).

1.2.Booking confirmation and ticket/voucher generation by the agency denotes full completion of the agency's obligations.

02Flight Ticket Cancellation and "Virtual Interlining"

2.1.Low-Cost Rates: Tickets purchased from low-cost carriers (including, but not limited to: Wizz Air, Ryanair, easyJet, Pegasus) are strictly non-refundable. No refunds are issued if the User decides to cancel their flight.

2.2.Combined Bookings (Separate Tickets): If the User's itinerary consists of a combination of different airlines (or separate bookings with the same airline), each flight represents an independent contract.

2.3.If one of the airlines cancels or delays a flight, causing the User to miss their connecting flight, the agency disclaims all financial liability for the lost second ticket. In such cases, the refund request applies only to the Provider of the cancelled flight.

03No-Show and Delays

3.1.If the User fails to show up for the flight (No-Show), registers late for check-in or boarding, or is denied boarding by border authorities (e.g., incorrect visa, expired passport), the ticket is cancelled automatically and the paid amount is forfeited.

3.2.Similar conditions apply to hotel bookings: failing to check in at the hotel on the designated day (No-Show) results in booking cancellation and no refund.

04Cancellations by Provider and Force Majeure

4.1.In the event of a flight cancellation, delay, or schedule change by the airline, the obligation to pay compensation and provide alternative flights rests exclusively with the airline (e.g., under EU261 regulations).

4.2.The agency will assist the User in communicating with the airline to submit a refund request, but is not obligated to compensate the User from its own funds prior to receiving a response from the Provider.

4.3.The agency does not refund payments if the service cannot be rendered due to force majeure circumstances (including war, terrorism, pandemics/epidemics, border closures, natural disasters, or strikes).

05Agency Service Fee and Non-Refundability

5.1.The agency service/ticketing fee integrated into the total service cost represents the charge for intermediary work performed and is non-refundable under all circumstances.

5.2.Even if the Provider (airline/hotel) refunds the full service cost to the User, the agency retains its service fee.

06Bank Disputes and Unjustified Chargebacks

6.1.The User acknowledges that requesting a chargeback refund through the bank for a non-refundable ticket constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

6.2.If the User files an unjustified chargeback, the agency is authorized to submit this Agreement, the User's IP address, and booking logs to the bank as evidence. All bank fees and administrative costs arising from the chargeback process will be charged fully to the User.

07Refund Processing Timelines

7.1.To initiate cancellation, the User must contact us via email at: info@selecttour.ge

7.2.Approved refunds will be paid only to the bank card used for the transaction.

7.3.The refund process depends on the Provider and takes 14 to 60 business days. The agency transfers the amount to the User's account only after receiving it from the Provider (airline/hotel/B2B system).

08Tour Packages (Flight + Hotel): Payment Schedule and Cancellation

8.1.A tour package includes the flight tickets, the hotel and travel insurance. It may be paid in two parts. The amount and due date of each part are shown on the booking page before payment, and the User agrees to them before paying.

8.2.The first payment (at booking) covers the flight tickets, the insurance and the agency's service. The tickets are issued at once, so the first payment is not refundable, except when a supplier fails to perform (the airline cancels the flight or the hotel refuses the booking).

8.3.The second payment is the hotel's cost in GEL, fixed at booking. It is due 7 days before the hotel's free cancellation period ends.

8.4.The full amount is paid at once if the hotel rate does not allow free cancellation, if fewer than 3 days would remain until the second payment's due date, or if the User pays by instalments.

8.5.Before the second payment is due, the agency sends the User reminders with a payment link. The agency may extend the due date, but never beyond the end of the hotel's free cancellation period.

8.6.If the second payment is not made, the hotel booking is cancelled automatically and free of charge 2 days before the hotel's free cancellation period ends. The flight tickets remain valid, the first payment is not refunded, and the User is informed.

8.7.If the User cancels, the first payment is not refunded, and changes or cancellation of the flight tickets follow the airline's rules. Before the hotel's free cancellation deadline the hotel is cancelled free of charge and a paid second payment is refunded in full; after it, the hotel's penalty is deducted and the rest is refunded.

09Payment Holds, Instalments and Payment Links

9.1.When paying by card, the amount is first held on the card and charged only after the booking is confirmed. If the booking cannot be confirmed, the held amount is released in full and this is not treated as a refund; how soon it shows on the card depends on the card's issuing bank.

9.2.When paying by instalments, the loan agreement is between the User and JSC Bank of Georgia, and the bank pays the agency the full amount at once. Any refund is made through the bank, in line with the bank's rules.

9.3.Payment through a payment link sent by an agency employee is subject to the same rules as payment on the platform. The link's amount and purpose are shown on its page before payment.
