We process your personal data only for lawful purposes, including:

• Searching, booking, and managing travel services (flights, hotels, transfers).
• Providing high-quality client services, technical assistance, and consultations.
• Communicating with you, sending booking confirmations, tickets, and important notices.
• Subject to your consent, sending advertisements, newsletters, and special offers.

Since Select Tour acts as a travel aggregator, we must share your travel and identification details with third parties (the direct Provider) to ensure booking execution.

Due to the nature of the services, your details may be transferred outside Georgia (e.g., to foreign airlines, hotels, transfer companies, and international B2B reservation networks). Cross-border sharing occurs only to the extent strictly necessary for booking execution.

Details may also be shared with state or law enforcement authorities if directly required by applicable legislation.

The following service providers also process data on our behalf, only as far as needed:

• JSC Bank of Georgia: Card payments and instalments. Only the bank processes your card details.
• Hosting and file storage: Render and Amazon Web Services, with servers in the European Union (Frankfurt).
• Email delivery: Booking confirmations, vouchers and notices.
• AI services: Anthropic and Google process the chat text and a short booking summary (reference, status, amount), to help our staff draft replies. Travellers' personal details are not shared with them. A staff member always reviews and sends the reply.
• Meta Platforms Ireland: The Meta Pixel, only with your consent: which ad brought you to us and whether a booking was made (amount and booking reference, no traveller details).
• Google: Only if you choose to sign in with Google.

We use Cookies the site needs to work: to keep you signed in, to remember your language, for security, and to remember your choice. With your consent we turn on the Meta Pixel, which uses Cookies (_fbp) to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It does not load before you agree. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. When you sign in with Google, Google uses its own Cookies under its own rules. You can also delete or disable Cookies in your browser settings, but signing in will then not work.

We store your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this document. Generally, this period is 3 (three) years from the date of primary collection.

However, for tax and bookkeeping purposes, financial transaction data (booking records, invoices) is stored for the duration required by Georgian tax legislation. Upon expiration, data is securely deleted or destroyed.

In accordance with Georgian legislation, you have the right to:

• Access information regarding your processed personal data.
• Request the correction, updating, or completion of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete details.
