How we choose hotels
Not every hotel makes it onto the site: each one is filtered automatically by four rules, and those that fail never show in search.
Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel a booking?
Open the booking link from your email or My trips and press Cancel. Each room shows its free cancellation deadline in Tbilisi time; after it the hotel's penalty applies.
What is a tax paid at the hotel?
Some cities (Dubai, Paris, Rome…) charge a tourist tax at check-in in local currency. We show it next to the price up front; it is not part of our price.
Why do you ask for citizenship?
Hotels price by the guest's passport. If the lead guest holds another country's passport, choose it when searching, or the hotel may charge the difference at check-in.
When do I get the voucher?
Once you pay and the hotel confirms, usually within seconds, the voucher arrives by email as a PDF and is kept in My trips.
Which currency do I pay in?
Prices are always in GEL and fixed when you book.
