Cheap tours to Europe: where and when

A tour to Europe doesn't have to be expensive. Three things set the price: the destination, the month and the exact days. Below are our cheapest cities, with live prices updated every day.

When it is cheap

On our tours the lowest prices are in winter and early spring, January to April, and in November. Summer and the New Year days cost the most. See each month's prices on the "when to go" pages.

Seven tips to pay less

1. Turn on flexible dates when you search: flying a day or two earlier or later is often noticeably cheaper. 2. Midweek flights are often cheaper than Friday or Sunday ones. 3. Three or four nights are plenty for a city, and the tour costs less. 4. A hotel a little out of the centre but near the metro is often much cheaper. 5. If you travel light, a small bag is enough and you pay nothing for luggage. 6. Book early: one to three months ahead the flights still have cheap seats. 7. If you'd rather not pay at once, pay by card or in installments.
